We, the volunteers with the Canadian Baseball
Hall of Fame & Museum, invite you to
participate in our 13th Annual Celebrity Golf
Classic. This is a first rate event that you will
always remember with fondness in future
years. Thank you to all golfers who have
supported us over the past twelve years in
raising funds and recognition for this national
entity. Net proceeds from the tournament will benefit the completion of our main field, as well as contribute to our new KIDS ON DECK program, which uses baseball as a medium to teach cultural awareness and social justice to boys & girls.

The tournament provides an excellent opportunity to join three friends on the golf course with one of our invited celebrities. Our confirmed celebrities as of print are Larry Walker, Ernie Whitt, Bernie Soulliere as well as Fergie Jenkins, Ron Stead, Paul Beeston, Don McDougall, John Haar, Jim Fanning, Ron Piche, Billy Atkinson, John Upham, Joe Siddall, Michael Burgess, Larry Landreth, Brett Gray, Sean McCann, Hyung Cho, David Corrente Merlin Malinowski, Gilbert Dionne, Mike Torchia, Dave Willsie, John Ogiltree and Miss Canada International 2009. Other celebrities invited include Pat Gillick, Paul Godfrey, Gord Ash, Doug Melvin, Kelly Gruber, Claude Raymond, Nigel Wilson, Denis Boucher, Peter Mansbridge, Jeff Hutcheson, Rod Black, Reno Bertoia and Reggie Cleveland. You can count on a great round of golf, sharing good times with your friends and the celebrities, and having some good old-fashioned fun. The tournament will again be a Shotgun start Texas Scramble format.
The investment which includes entry for
four golfers, continental breakfast, lunch,
dinner banquet, hole signage and a chance
to win one of three fabulous cars. If you
cannot make the tournament but wish to
register your company as a Hole
Sponsor, the fee is coming soom.
Individuals may also register and we will slot you in a foursome.
Your investment will be valuable as we continue to build The Canadian Dream Park, home to the CBHFM, a complex where local, provincial and national friends will congregate and celebrate Canada’s rich baseball heritage, and have the opportunity to play or watch the passion of baseball instilled in our youth on one of our three fields of dreams.

To raise $25,000 through this event to assist in the completion of our main baseball field, and to further enhance our new KIDS ON DECK program, where baseball is used as a medium to teach cultural awareness and social justice to boys & girls.

Over the years, participants in our Celebrity Golf Tournament have always commented on the quality of the prizes. We are committed to seeing that this tradition continues. Your participation in the donation of prizes as well as hole sponsorship would be greatly appreciated. If, by chance, you cannot attend the tournament, perhaps you could help by donating a prize or sponsoring a hole.
TOURNAMENT FEATURES
Your entry fee of gives you (and three friends) the opportunity to play 18 holes of golf at one of Ontario’s best-kept secret golf courses, the St. Marys Golf and Country Club, with a Celebrity playing partner. There will be prizes galore and cars to be won on the par
three holes. Our banquet speakers will be announced as we get closer to the date. They will enlighten us on their experiences in Canada, as well as their life in general.
